Preheat oven 450°F
Cut your acorn squash in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds. Then, slice the acorn squash into ½-inch thick slices.
Place your acorn squash slices into a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.

Next, sprinkle in the ground cinnamon, paprika, salt, and pepper, and toss until all of the squash pieces are well coated.

Use tongs to transfer the slices to baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes. Turn over and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and enjoy immediately. If desired, mix together the honey and butter and brush it onto the acorn squash right before serving.
